Career Notes:
Competed in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, helping the Bahamas finish fourth in the 4x400m relay. Also competed in the 400m, but did not advance past the first round.
Returned to the Olympics in 2004 in Athens, posting the quickest time in the qualifying heats in the 400m, but failing to advance past the semifinals. Helped the Bahamas to a sixth-place finish in the 4x400m.
Failed to advance past the first round in the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton, but helped the 4x400m team to a silver medal.
Reached the semifinals in the World Championships in 2003 in Paris Saint-Denis and helped the 4x400m team to a bronze medal.
Posted a fourth-place finish with a time of 44.48 in the 2005 World Championships in Helsinki and helped the 4x400m team to a silver medal.
Also finished fourth in the 2007 World Championships in Osaka with a time of 44.45, and helped the 4x400 team to a silver medal.
Won the bronze medal in the 400m in the 2006 World Indoor Championships in Moscow (45.78) and the 2008 World Indoor Championships in Valencia (46.26).
Also won the bronze at the 2005 World Athletics Final in Monaco with a time of 44.68.
