Career Notes:
  • Competed in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, helping the Bahamas finish fourth in the 4x400m relay. Also competed in the 400m, but did not advance past the first round.
  • Returned to the Olympics in 2004 in Athens, posting the quickest time in the qualifying heats in the 400m, but failing to advance past the semifinals. Helped the Bahamas to a sixth-place finish in the 4x400m.
  • Failed to advance past the first round in the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton, but helped the 4x400m team to a silver medal.
  • Reached the semifinals in the World Championships in 2003 in Paris Saint-Denis and helped the 4x400m team to a bronze medal.
  • Posted a fourth-place finish with a time of 44.48 in the 2005 World Championships in Helsinki and helped the 4x400m team to a silver medal.
  • Also finished fourth in the 2007 World Championships in Osaka with a time of 44.45, and helped the 4x400 team to a silver medal.
